If you’re still grieving the end of Game of Thrones, you’ll be amazed by this immersive medieval ringfort experience that replicates Irish housing of 1500 years ago. With three beds, a thatched roof and stone walls, the hosts have incredibly recreated the decor of a traditional ringfort. Still need persuading? There’s even costumes available to really get into the spirit of the experience! Dublin is just 90 minutes away.
Guest review: “Unforgettable immersive experience!! The staff are so friendly and were genuinely excited for us to stay in the park and wanting us to have a great time. We were welcomed and shown around. The park is full of historic dwellings and info, plus its really picturesque. The hut in the ringfort is an awesome place to stay! It is super rustic and basic yet it does have beds, electricity, a small fridge, sleeping bags and blankets and even a kettle and cups! We really didn’t need to bring any camping extras. The toilets are a 5min walk from the ringfort and had all we needed. We dressed up in the viking tunics provided and wandered around the park after dark which was spooky and fun! Cooking on the fire outside is a must, there are cauldron pots to cook in so you really do feel like you’ve gone back in time. We will definately be back again and will be raving about this place to all our friends!” – Rachel

Final thoughts on Ireland AirBNBs…
AirBNBs in Ireland are some of the dreamiest I’ve seen, and will only add to a fairytale trip to The Emerald Isle. Ireland is one of those countries that you leave a part of your heart in, and I guarantee you will feel the same. Now if you find yourself in a rowdy, traditional Irish pub late at night, I only ask that you put in a request for The Pogues with the band and sip a nightcap Guinness for me. Enjoy!
